We provide 24-hour remote access to critical data in ways that are more secure, functional, cost effective, and user-friendly than the traditional fragmented approach to lease management. The Leaselogistix® web-based solution eliminates the challenge of maintaining multiple spreadsheets and databases and enables cross-functional sharing and complete visibility of real estate data from a single source.

With a web browser and access to the Internet, you can log-in to your database at any time to manage all aspects of your lease portfolio. The Leaselogistix® solution allows you to:

  • Select over 25 different lease, budget, expense, and benchmarking reports and filter data by different parameters
  • View or print lease abstracts
  • Automatically receive E-lert reminders of critical dates and pending actions to proactively manage critical items and avoid costly mistakes
  • Send E-reports to key managers complete with embedded notes and comments
  • Link to your AP system to import/export rental data
  • Import or export sales figures
  • Perform and verify percentage rent calculations
  • Verify year end CAM reconciliations

Another feature of the Leaselogistix® solution is an extensive industry portal which provides valuable information and links to professional organizations and related vendor services. For example, you could search the site for links to national HVAC contractors. Hiring one contractor to supply annual HVAC maintenance could result in management efficiencies, sole source of accountability, and the opportunity to negotiate more favorable contractual and monetary terms by bundling the lease portfolio with one service provider.
